Who is ENERGIZED for?

ENERGIZED is designed specifically for couples who are parents and who are ready to invest in their health, their energy, and their relationship - together. If you've been stuck in the cycle of starting and stopping, if life has crowded out the time you used to give to yourselves, and if you're ready to build something sustainable as a team, this weekend was made for you. You don't need to be athletes. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up.

Do we need to already be fit?

Not at all. ENERGIZED is not a performance event - it's a wellness experience. The movement sessions are designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. Whether you've been active recently or it's been a while, you'll find the programming accessible, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable. The goal is to help you rediscover what it feels like to move with joy - not to test your current fitness level.

What fitness level is required?

There is no fitness prerequisite for ENERGIZED. All movement sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Modifications are available, and you'll never be pushed beyond what feels right for your body. If you have specific physical limitations or health considerations, we recommend consulting your physician before attending - and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Do both partners participate in everything?

ENERGIZED is built as a shared experience, and most programming is designed for couples to experience together. That said, the weekend is not rigid - there will be moments of individual reflection and restoration alongside the shared sessions. You won't be separated, and you won't be forced into anything that doesn't feel right. The experience is intentional, not prescriptive.

Is space limited?

Yes. ENERGIZED is an intentionally intimate retreat. We keep attendance small to protect the quality of the experience - for the programming, the community, and the environment. Once spots are filled, registration closes. If you're considering it, reserving early is the only way to guarantee your place.

Question 6

What is included in registration?

Accepted Answer

Your registration covers two nights of resort accommodations at Evermore Resort in Orlando, all scheduled meals from Friday evening through Sunday plus snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat, all ENERGIZED programming and guided experiences, wellness education sessions and take-home resources, couples connection experiences, and access to the ENERGIZED community. Everything you need for the weekend is taken care of - you just need to get there.

Are hotel accommodations included?

Yes. Two nights of resort accommodations at Evermore Resort are included in your registration. You'll check in Friday and check out Sunday. Room type and specific accommodation details will be provided in your confirmation materials after registration.

Question 8

Are meals included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All scheduled meals from Friday evening through Sunday are included, plus snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat. Meals are private chef-prepared and thoughtfully curated to complement the wellness focus of the weekend - nourishing, satisfying, and designed to fuel everything the retreat has to offer. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them during registration so we can accommodate you.

Question 9

Is transportation included?

Transportation to and from Orlando is not included in registration. You are responsible for arranging your own travel to Evermore Resort. Orlando is well-served by Orlando International Airport (MCO), and the resort is easily accessible by rideshare or rental car. Detailed arrival information will be provided in your pre-retreat materials.

Question 10

What should we bring?

Accepted Answer

Pack comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes for movement sessions, resort-casual attire for meals and evening programming, swimwear for resort amenities, and any personal wellness items you rely on. A full packing guide will be sent to registered couples ahead of the retreat. Beyond that - bring an open mind, a willingness to invest in yourselves, and leave the to-do lists at home.

Question 11

Can we pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can reserve your spot with a 50% deposit. The deposit secures your registration and locks in your pricing tier. The remaining balance must be paid by the applicable published payment deadline. Full payment is also available at the time of registration if you prefer.

Question 12

When is the remaining balance due?

Accepted Answer

If you reserve with a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due by October 16, 2026. This deadline applies regardless of your pricing tier. You'll receive a reminder in advance, and payment can be made through the same secure checkout link used at registration. Reservations with unpaid balances after the deadline may be forfeited.

Question 13

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations received on or before October 9, 2026, may receive a retreat credit for amounts paid, applicable toward a future eligible ENERGIZED retreat (subject to availability and any applicable pricing differences). Cancellations after October 9, 2026, and no-shows are non-refundable. Because accommodations, meals, staffing, and retreat experiences are committed on your behalf well in advance, we are unable to issue refunds after that date. We do not offer cash refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out - we'll do our best to work with you within these terms.

Question 14

Can we transfer our reservation to another couple?

Accepted Answer

Reservation transfers to another eligible couple may be considered by ENERGIZED management prior to the event, subject to written approval. Transfers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to explore a transfer, please contact us as early as possible - and before the October 16, 2026, balance deadline.

What happens after we register?

You'll receive a confirmation email with your registration details and next steps. In the weeks leading up to the retreat, you'll receive pre-retreat materials including a packing guide, arrival instructions, a schedule overview, and anything else you need to arrive prepared and excited. Our team is available to answer questions between now and October - you won't be left wondering.
