Is this retreat right for us?

ENERGIZED is designed for couples who are parents and want to make fitness and wellness a sustainable part of everyday life - not a boot camp, not a challenge, not a conference. If that resonates, it's for you.

What's included in the price?

Everything: resort accommodations, private chef-prepared dining (all scheduled meals from Friday evening through Sunday, plus snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat), all fitness and wellness programming, couples experiences, welcome gifts, and retreat materials.

Can we reserve with a deposit?

Yes - Early Bird and Standard Registration tiers offer a 50% deposit option. Late Registration requires payment in full. All balances are due by October 16, 2026.
